How matching works
Requests are matched by service and category, geography, and each business’s own routing preferences. Participation is opt-in and admin-approved; nobody is enrolled automatically.
How pricing works
Pricing is set per category or service where applicable, so there is no universal flat lead price. Routed leads are billed separately from subscriptions and are currently in pilot with pricing still being established.
Direct inquiries are different
Inquiries sent from a business’s own profile are direct profile inquiries. They belong to that business and are never charged as routed leads.
Sponsorship & trust
Paid visibility never changes review status
Sponsored placement only appears when a business already matches the service, category and location being searched, and it is always labeled. It buys visibility, not standing.
